Show Ticketing Policy
All tickets are No Refunds - No Exchanges

Ticket Prices
Members Rate: First 4 tickets at members rates, any extra tickets at visitor rates.
Visitor Rates: As stated per show
Note: Visitors must meet entry requirements of the club to be allowed into the premises regardless of whether they have purchased tickets or not.

How To Purchase Tickets:
In Person:
Members and visitors can purchase tickets at the reception desk 10am to 11pm 7 days

Phone Sales:
Members and visitors can purchase show tickets over the phone by credit card only. To book call 9349-7555. Sunday - Thursday 10am-11pm, Friday 10am-5pm and 10pm-11pm, Saturday 10am-4.30pm. Minimum purchase is $5. Cards accepted are Visa, Mastercard & Bankcard.

Internet:
Members and visitors can purchase tickets by clicking on the Book Online button on the Souths Juniors homepage

Restaurant Bookings and Shows
Members may make combined restaurant/show bookings by phone and tickets are then picked up on the night. Combined restaurant and show bookings are allocated premium seating but tickets must be paid for when the booking is made.

Selling Dates
Show tickets go on sale 4 weeks prior to the advertised date of the show unless otherwise stated. Friday shows are on sale from 10am four weeks prior whilst Saturday sessions go on sale at 10am four weeks prior. Both members and visitors can purchase tickets as soon as they go on sale.

Disabled Seating
Disabled patrons are able to access the special tables allocated for them. These tables are B3 & B5. These seats are restricted to one disabled person and one companion. Any other patrons in their party will be seated as near as possible to them. If there are two disabled people then they will be allowed two companions etc. In order to gain disabled seats patrons will be required to provide adequate proof that they are in need of this seating.

Important
Members may only use their own membership card when purchasing show tickets. Other people's cards will not be accepted. Staff are unable to hold tickets for any member at any time. Please be seated 15 minutes before the show commences. You will not be admitted The Wintle Room once the show has commenced.
