Saturday & Sunday 7.00am - 6.00pm
Public Holidays 9.00am - 2.00pm

The prices below allow the use of all fitness centre facilities e.g. gym, classes, steam, pool & squash courts-
• $6 Casual Visit - Club Member
• $10 Casual Visit - Non Club Member
• $2 Pensioner Visit (Aged, Veterans, Disability Pension only)**
• $58 Monthly membership
• $160 Three Monthly Membership
• $300 Half Yearly Membership
• $499 Yearly Membership

**Conditions: All facilities - 6am-3pm Mon-Fri

Pool
Times available to members-
Monday 6.30am - 5.45pm then 8.00pm - 9.00pm
Tuesday 6.30am - 8.45am then 10.00am - 7.15pm
Wednesday 6.30am - 5.45pm then 7.00pm - 9.00pm
Thursday 6.30am - 8.45am then 10.00am - 6.45pm
Friday 6.30am - 7.45am then 10.00am - 9.00pm
Saturday 10.00am - 6.00pm
Sunday 12 noon - 6.00pm
Members must shower before entering the pool. Swimming caps must be worn in the pool.

Steam Rooms
Steam rooms are available in both male and female change rooms. Towels must be used.
STEAM ROOMS HAVE NOW RE-OPENED

Dress
Members may enter and exit the club wearing gym attire (eg: singlets, thongs etc) however, entry to other areas is NOT permitted while dressed in this apparel.
Once in the Gymnasium, gym shoes must be worn. No sandals, open shoes or work boots permitted. Thongs can only be worn in the change rooms or the pool area.

Squash Courts
Times available to members-
Monday 9.00am - 9.00pm
Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 9.00am - 7.00pm
Friday 9.00am - 9.00pm
Saturday & Sunday 9.00am - 6.00pm

Court Bookings are for ½ hour or 1 hour maximum. 1 hour bookings incur an additional $5 court fee. For bookings call (02) 93 144 212.

Towels
Members may bring their own towels or one can be hired for a $2 fee with a $10 refundable deposit.
Gym Etiquette

An information brochure on acceptable gym etiquette is available at reception. Please ask staff for access to a copy.
